Born in 1977, she grew up in Mecklenburg, West Pomerania. She matriculated in 1996, and completed afterwards in 1998 her education as Notary´s assistant in Hamburg.
Back home in Mecklenburg, Sandrina worked preliminary for one year as a secretary in the landscaping company Plodeck, responsible for offers and orders of the project “Land Fleesensee”.
From 2000 she took over her duties at “Land Fleesensee”, northern Germanys largest Holiday Resort. Sandrina’s career started as a Receptionist of the Golf facilities.
In 2003 Sandrina educated as “DGV (Deutscher Golf Verband) Golfsekretärin” and took over the Head Secretary position at the “Golf- und Sportanlagen Land Fleesensee GmbH.
This she followed with her studies as DGV (Deutscher Golf Verband) Golfbetriebswirt which she successfully finished in 2005. Since then she is carrying the title “DGV Golf Economist”.
In the following, Sandrina took over the position as the Assistant of the General Manager for the Golf- und Sportanlagen Land Fleesensee GmbH.
As such assistant, she became responsible for large parts of the administrative operations; scheduling the golf season in strategy and operations; human resources planning and disposition; organizing trade shows; arranging golf incentives and tournaments for 10 to 200 participants; arranging package development; acting as head of co-operation with tour operators for Germany, Sweden and Denmark. Sandrina was also taking care as Head of National and International Golf co-operations for Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Norway and Estonia.
From 2009 she worked for the Golf Consultancy company Beluga Networks as Assistant General Manager to support the Golf Resort “Golfpark Strelasund” as well as other clients in Germany to improve all services and increasing their golf business.
In 2011 Sandrina and Perry went together to the incredible Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. At Thracian Cliffs, Sandrina took over the position as the Director of Sales & Marketing.
With her team of Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort, Sandrina won several high-ranked Marketing Awards (IGTM, CMT, Rheingolf & others) for best Marketing, best Social Marketing, best new Golf Resort in Europe, best undiscovered Golf Destination.
Since 2014 until today, Sandrina as Shareholder and Assistant General Manager is working with Perry for PE CONSULTUNG LTD. This company was working for the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort at the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria as well as for Tbilisi Hills Golf Management LLC in Georgia.
The consultancy covers all aspects of the business – Service, Management, Marketing & Sales, Greenkeeping and Pro Shop as well as the operations of the Hotel part.
